Where do you start?

Firstly we recommend seeing a women’s health physio to ensure you are ready to get started.

Then you can start training the muscles through pelvic floor exercises.

Many of you will be familiar with kegel exercises, but it can be hard to know if you’re doing it right.

Get into a comfortable position on the floor with your knees bent and a neutral spine. Start to engage your muscles.

Breathing, inhale as you soften and relax and exhale as you contract.
