Congratulations! You have taken the first step in experiencing a life changing fitness experience! I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Before you start this exercise programme, and make any dietary changes, we advise that you seek clearance from a medical professional.


·       Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle to every session.

·       Please ensure you don’t come on an empty stomach. Make sure you have eaten at least 1 hour prior to training so that you have the energy you need to obtain the most out of your workout.

·       Make sure you wear appropriate footwear (sneakers or closed toe shoes) and clothes for your workout.

·       Please inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or restrictions you may have.

·       Please bring with you all medications you may need during training. e.g. inhalers etc.


In the event of a fire, earthquake, tsunami etc, please grab your child/ren & make your way to the end of the driveway via either the main garage door or the side door.

Help yourself to the loo which is located out the side door of the garage and through the backdoor of the house. First right.


You are more than welcome to bring bubs/kids along! I have a small play area (as well as an enclosed backyard with a trampoline, sand pit etc.), or bubs can come along in a capsule or pram. Please note that this area is unsupervised (although it is in close proximity to you) and your child/children will be your responsibility during the session. Please bring along any snacks/drinks they may require.

Please leave sick kids at home. i.e. green mucus, vomiting in the last 24 hours, cough etc.


When signing up, you will be expected to be at your scheduled session each week.

If you are unable to make one of your sessions, you have the option to come along to one of our other group fitt classes (at this stage our other classes are 9.30am Tues & Thurs), otherwise your session will be lost.

Public Holidays

There will be no classes on public holidays. If your session falls on a public holiday you will have the option to come along to one of our other group classes (numbers permitting) otherwise you will be reimbursed for that session.


Please let me know if you have a specific day/s you would like to attend each week. If you can’t make a session, please let me know via text message or fb message. If class numbers are low, class for that day may be cancelled. ie. there must be 2 or more attendees for class to go ahead.

Concession Cards - With these cards you have the option to attend any class (on a Tues or Thurs AM) that you like.

All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase, or they will be lost.

Public Holidays

There will be no classes on public holidays. If your session falls on a public holiday and payment has already gone through for that session, you have the option to attend one of our other group classes, or you will be reimbursed for that session.

Suspension of Payments

At this stage we are unable to suspend payments. If you know you are going to be away etc, we will need to cancel your account and re-sign on your return (this is easy enough to do). Please let me know at least 1 week in advance.


If you are paying weekly, you are able to cancel at anytime through your online account (which you will receive through sign up). Please give me at least 1 weeks notice.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are late to a scheduled session, this will result in a shorter workout session for you, and the remaining time of the session will still count as one session.

Under 18 year olds

If your child is under 18, they must be at least 15 years old to train with us. Parental consent/signed form will be required prior to class starting.

PAYMENT METHODS Weekly payments are debited from your debit or credit card, entered at sign up.

NOTE: Once payments have gone through and your class/s have been confirmed, payments are non-refundable.

 Acknowledgement and disclaimer

 By signing up and making payment for classes, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. The information that you provide must be true and correct at the time of sign up. You assume with full knowledge the dangers in your (and/or your child’s) participation in fitness activities, and potential dietary changes, and do so at your own risk. You have clearly outlined to your trainer any physical restrictions, disabilities and/or any predisposition to sickness or injury. You take full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to yourself that may arise directly or indirectly from your participation. You take full responsibility for your own child/children, and agree that they are present at your own risk. You have agreed to fulfill the payment options prior to attending class as outlined in the Payment Methods section.
