Before you start this exercise programme, and make any dietary changes, we advise that you seek clearance from a medical professional.
By using our meal plan, you must take into consideration any allergies/intolerances you may have.
If you are participating in the programme via a giveaway, you acknowledge and agree, that as part of your participation you are required to submit your testimonial and ‘before/after’ photos on the completion of the programme to be used as promotional material (You have the option to stay anonymous in your photos).
Please don’t workout on an empty stomach. Make sure you have eaten at least 1 hour prior to training so that you have the energy you need to obtain the most out of your workout. Especially if you are a diabetic!
Make sure you wear appropriate footwear (sneakers or closed toe shoes) and comfy clothes for your workouts.
You must inform me of any injuries and restrictions you may have so that I can give you alternative exercises if required.
You must be at least 6 weeks Post Partum (8 weeks for c-section) before taking part in this programme, and have been cleared to exercise by your leading maternity carer. You must also agree to follow the recommendations for Post Partum Mamas during the programme.
If you feel any discomfort during an exercise stated, stop immediately and use/or ask your trainer, for an alternative option.
You agree that all exercise and Meal plans are a Guide only, and you follow these at your own risk.
Results WILL vary from person to person. As part of the 10 Week Transformation you acknowledge that you are required to commit 100% to the programme in order to achieve results!

You assume with full knowledge the dangers in your participation in fitness activities, and potential dietary changes, and do so at your own risk. You have clearly outlined to your trainer any physical restrictions, disabilities and/or any predisposition to sickness or injury via the online registration form. You take full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to yourself that may arise directly or indirectly from your participation.
