Mama Fitt – Tues/Thurs 9.30-10.30AM
Our Mama Fitt Small Group sessions run for 60 minutes and include a bit of everything from battleropes to pushups, booty work to boxing – we’ll do it all, where you’ll get full bang for your buck! All levels of fitness welcome!
Circuit Fitt – Monday 6:30-7:30PM
With Circuit Fitt Sessions running for 60 minutes, you’ll complete a range of exercises, circuit style, designed to build strength, burn fat and increase your fitness! All fitness levels welcome.
Boxfitt – Thursday 6.30-7.30PM
With 60 minute sessions, you’ll Box your way to a Fit, Happier, & Leaner you! Classes include various boxing drills mixed in with resistance exercises – such as squats & pushups, giving you a full body workout. These classes are high intensity – you will need to have some level of fitness, however you can take it at your own pace.

+ Join challenges for just $5 extra per week (includes 100s of nutritious and delicious recipes, before photos/measurements, fitness challenges etc)
+ Kids are welcome to AM classes – I have a small unsupervised small play pen (next to our workouts), and an enclosed backyard with trampoline, sand pit etc., or bubs can come along in a capsule or pram.
