Pushup Challenge – From knees to toes

Improve your pushups and get up onto your toes with our 8 week pushup challenge!

Pushups are a great upper body exercise, and fantastic for building lean muscle mass and burning fat.

Before you start, grab a stopwatch and see how many pushups you can do in 1 minute (use a chair or the wall, and/or do them on your knees if needed). Make sure you record how you have done your pushup so that you can replicate it next time.
