Planks, Side Jacks, Squat Jumps

Add on to an end of a workout for that extra burn!

WORKOUT:

5 mins – Plank for as long as you can, when you can’t go any longer, get up and perform 10 side jacks, & 3 squat jumps (or option no jump).

Repeat for 5 mins, try to go non-stop! 😉
