My main reason for starting The FMP was to help as many Mums as I can become the BEST version of themselves. We can get so caught up in looking after our family, that we tend to forget about ourselves and our own health and wellbeing. Even if you are not a Mum, but you are still looking to become the best version of you, I can help!

If you are looking to get your confidence back in a supportive environment, you’ve come to the right place!

Whether your wanting to lose weight and fit back into your fav clothes, increase your strength, or just get fit and have more energy to keep up with the kids, I can help you get there!

I lost 20kg after my pregnancy, and gained back my confidence! I can show you how you can too!

What does personal training at FMP entail?

- A one on one workout with your trainer (Me, Kowhai!), or you can train with a friend and help support one another on your health & fitness journeys (as well as split the price!)

- Workouts are tailored specifically to you and your goals 

- We work around any injuries or medical conditions you may have

- Free 45min initial consultation - mindset coaching, goal setting, measurements & before/after photos (taken every 4-6wks), fitness testing.

- Personalised weekly exercise plan

- Nutritional guidance

- Weekly meal plan (With our 10 week Challenge package)

- Kids welcome! I have a small play area, an enclosed backyard with trampoline, sandpit etc, or bubs can come along in a pram or capsule. Please note the the play areas are unsupervised and children will be your responsibility (play area is in same room)

- No membership fees! At a commercial gym, Personal Training is charged on top of your membership fees. This can get pricey!

- Refer a friend (new to sign up) and you both receive a FREE session!

30 min Boxfit Session

This option is great if you are looking for a fun, quick high intensity workout. You will increase your fitness, increase endurance and strength, and burn some fat! These sessions are also great if you want to let out some stress through boxing! You will be working your whole body through various boxing drills mixed in with resistance training (pushups, squats, burpees etc!).

10 Week Challenge

If you need guidance through a structured programme, and are looking to take back control of your life, lose weight or ‘tone’ up, get your confidence back, and increase your energy levels, then this programme is for you!

What does the 10 Week Challenge include?

  • x2 1-1 Personal Training Sessions per week designed to burn fat, increase strength, and build lean muscle.

  • Weekly personalised exercise plans (home or gym workouts to complete)

  • Weekly Meal Plans with recipes and shopping lists (Written by Nutritionist Abby Shaw)

  • Fitness testing in Week 1 & Week 10

  • Before/half-way/after photos & measurements

  • Various tasks to complete throughout the challenge

  • Health & fitness Education - learn something new every week!

  • Booklet to record Measurements, before/after photos, fitness test results, goal setting and 10 week challenge tasks etc.

  • Option to choose from 30min HIIT (high intensity interval training) sessions, or 45 Min sessions.

  • Please note this is not a quick fix! You will learn new habits, how to eat properly for fatloss (and to keep your metabolism in good health), and how to make health & fitness apart of your life for good!

In my garage studio at 56 Pegasus Avenue, North New Brighton, Christchurch


We can meet on the beach, or at the park, or I can come to you free of charge if you are in the New Brighton area. If you are outside of the NB area, I can come to you for an extra $5-10 per session depending on where you live.


Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to your session time. If you have a session booked in but do not show up, your session will be counted.

If you arrive to your session late, you will only have the remainder of your allotted time slot for your workout.
