How much does it cost?

Just $35 NZD per week. Cancel at any time! Via credit or debit card - first payment today as your deposit, then each week thereafter for a total of 10 payments.



Why 10 Weeks??

This programme is not a quick fix. The 10 Week FMP not only helps you get the results you deserve, but helps you set up long term changes in the way you feel and think about food and exercise, helping you keep the kilos off for good. 10 Weeks is the perfect amount of time to establish and create new habits, as well as see some amazing results!

Each workout is designed to suit ALL fitness levels.

Mums must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for c-section) and have been cleared to exercise by their lead maternity carer. If you are getting back into exercise for the first time since having bubs, it is important to ease into the workouts and steadily strengthen your pelvic floor/core (There will be gentle strengthening exercise options). 

As part of the FMP process you will be asked to post your ‘before’, midway & ’after’ photos & measurements to your private Facebook forum. I know this can be daunting, but remember that we are all in this together! Please trust that this will help set up your mindset, as well as help keep you accountable and on track over the 10 weeks.
