Our Small Group sessions run for 60 minutes and include a bit of everything from battleropes to pushups, booty work to boxing - we’ll do it all, where you’ll get full bang for your buck! All levels of fitness welcome!

I have an unsupervised small play area (next to our workouts), and an enclosed backyard with trampoline, sand pit etc., or bubs can come along in a capsule or pram.
