If you are not a Mama but would like to come along, you are also more than welcome!
All classes are suited to beginners through to advanced. Injuries & medical conditions can also be catered for - just be sure to let me know what injuries/ medical conditions you have.
Strengthen all over, safely strengthen your core post bubba (let me know if you have not long given birth, see note below), tone up, and increase your fitness & energy!
Classes will be high intensity, and are made up of all sorts of exercises, including boxing, circuits, bodyweight exercises, and weighted exercises!
Note: You must be a of minimum 6 weeks post partum to come along to classes. Be sure to let me know via the sign up form if you are experiencing pelvic floor issues, and/or have abdominal separation from pregnancy (Go here for more info on abdominal separation). We can swap out certain exercises for you, where It is essential to gently strengthen these areas before getting into vigorous exercise, so as not to cause injury.
I have a small play area inside (and an enclosed backyard with trampoline, sand pit etc.), or bubs can come along in a capsule or pram).
Please note: children are unsupervised (however they will be in close proximity to you) and your child will be your responsibility (Although I will help out with the kids where I can!)
Dress your kids up warm on colder days/ winter months, as we will be out in my garage studio. It is insulated, and I do have a heater that will be on if needed.
Sick Kids - if you’re kids are sick (green mucous, fever, vomiting within 24hours etc), please keep them at home so the other kids don’t get sick.

Other classes may open up if there is a demand.
Classes run every week. If class won’t be on due to sickness etc, I will try to give you adequate notice. You will get the option to attend another fitness class, or you will be reimbursed for that session.
Classes may also be subject to change depending on numbers. A minimum of 2-3 persons will be required for class to go ahead that day.
Classes will not be running on public holidays. In this event, you will have the option to attend another class, or you will be reimbursed for that session.
You will be expected to attend your chosen session/s each week. If you won’t be there due to sickness etc, please let me know. This is helpful so I have an idea of numbers when designing workouts.

$15 for one session per week
$24 for two sessions per week
All payments are direct debited weekly from your nominated debit or credit card.
if you wish to cancel classes, please give me at least 1 weeks notice.
Suspension of Payments
At this stage it isn’t possible to suspend payments - if you know you will be away etc. We will have to cancel your subscription and re-sign on your return.
What if I am Sick and/or can’t make a session?
Provided you give me adequate notice (at least 2 hours please), You will have the opportunity to come along to another session in that week. Ie. Boxfitt Classes Tues 6pm, ( and potentially Thurs 6.30pm in future), or one of our other Mama Group Fitt Classes. If you are unable to attend another class, or I do not hear from you, your session will be lost.

If you refer a friend, and they sign up - you get a $20 Kmart card! Who doesn’t love Kmart!
