Come along to our Boxfitt Classes for a full body workout!

DETAILS

  • Classes are ongoing - cancel at any time

  • Limited numbers

  • Classes are 60 minutes long

  • All classes are suited to beginners through to advanced (you will need some level of fitness, however you can take things at your own pace)

  • Classes involve simple boxing drills mixed in with resistance exercises, for a full body workout

  • Gloves & pads supplied

  • Female only supportive environment - all ladies welcome (not just Mums)

  • Fitness testing every 6 weeks to see your progress in strength and fitness

  • Nutritional Guidance

Timetable Tuesday 6-7pm (If there is enough demand I am looking at starting Thursday’s 6.30-7.30pm - let me know if you would like to join this class)

We also run Group Fitt Classes Tues & Thurs 9.30am.

Classes will not be running on public holidays (where this occurs you will be able to attend another session in that week or be reimbursed for that session).

If class isn’t on due to sickness etc. I will do my best to provide adequate notice. You will either have the option to attend another class that week, or you will be reimbursed for that session.

Location

In My garage studio - 56 Pegasus Avenue, North New Brighton

Price - $15 per Week for x1 session, $24 per week for x2 sessions

Payment: Payment Deducted from your nominated debit or credit card on a weekly basis. First payment is deducted today upon sign up, then every week there after.

Can’t make it to a scheduled session?

If you are unable to make one of your sessions due to sickness etc, provided you give me adequate notice (at least 2 hours notice prior to class) you have the option to attend one of our other Classes, otherwise your session will be lost. If I don’t hear from you, your session will be lost (Classes Tues & Thursday 9.30am, Tues 6pm) Note: more classes will be made available if numbers permit.

Kids Welcome

I have a small play area inside (and an enclosed backyard with trampoline, sand pit etc.), or bubs can come along in a capsule or pram).

Please note: children are unsupervised (however they will be in close proximity to you) and your child will be your responsibility (Although I will help out with the kids where I can!)

Dress your kids up warm on colder days/ winter months, as we will be out in my garage studio. It is insulated, and I do have a heater that will be on if needed. Majority of the time we will have the garage door open, however on super cold days we can have it shut.

Sick Kids - if you’re kids are sick (green mucus, fever, vomiting within 24hours etc), please arrange a sitter, or keep them at home so the other kids don’t get sick.

Cancellation

Please give me at least 1 weeks notice if you would like to cancel.

Suspension of Payments

At this stage it isn’t possible to suspend payments. If you know you are going to be away, we will need to cancel your subscription and re-sign on your return (this is easy enough to do).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Payment/s are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

You must be a of minimum 6 weeks post partum to come along to classes. Be sure to let me know via the sign up form if you are experiencing pelvic floor issues, and/or have abdominal separation from pregnancy (Go here for more info on abdominal separation). We can swap out certain exercises for you, where It is essential to gently strengthen these areas before getting into vigorous exercise, so as not to cause injury.
