  1. Overhead press with reverse lunge, into overhead press squat
  2. Quick step + cross punch
  3. Skier

  1. Chestpress cross
  2. Pushup + can stack
  3. Floor tap squat + overhead press

  1. Russian twist
  2. Toe reach crunch or floor row
  3. Figure 8
